batam sevice learning trip! 2nd to 4th sept 2006

YAY!!＝）

we are BACK to singaporee!
heehees i so so enjoyed the trip la!
WHEE..

so yesh yesh
BATAM SERVICE LEARNIN
2nd to the 4th sept 2006

FIRST DAY!!
wah biangs. the first few hours is so slappable can not!
we met at like 8am! i was like friggin earlie -.-
and yea. hahaha luggin my HEAVY orange backpack
i went to meet my fellow ug members! yay yay.
hahaha sounds narrative man.neeways!
we got onto this coool yellow bus! SO NICE. its like e prettiest bus ever!
SERIOUS! hahahahaha.. pretty bus ! =)

den den
me and zahzah the narcissist tat she is! we started taking pics!
shall fast forward the whole journey immigration crap
but dam..the tour guide ms elieen realie does have a wide connection. -.-
but none the less she still suck BIG TIME! ;) rite lecs? hahaha

and highlight of day one!
SHOPPING !!!!a whole 1.5 hours lehs!WHEE
at..this place called. *&£%^$)*&"£
hahs forgot the name -.-

and yeaa. so friggin funny.
the main objective. to buy tibits food drinks for
own consumption in hotel room during free time
lols but wah lau the things are SO CHEAP -.-
hahaha..we all turn into mini ah sohs in the hypermart can not
LOL
wheeee.... was fun being all ah soh-ish

typical conver! ( one dollar sing = 5730 rupiah :) )
ahsoh1: OMG LOOK AT THE MAGGIE NOODLES! only 1000+ rupiah!
ahsoh2: YA! OMG LOOK! buy one box inside got 40 and only 30000 rupiah!
ahsoh1: SO CHEAP! BUY ONE BOX HOME!!!!*grabs*

hahahahah the things so cheap
and yes sum girls did buy one box home..example..JESSIE! LOLS. funny girl
and yea yea..
i bought like realie JUNK food..maggie..drinks...COOKIES!..TIM TAM! *yummy*
and of course food for my family too! and sum girl stuff, paiseh to say how kiasu we were!XD
and yea yea that was frm hypermart. we merely spent like 20 mins there.
and omg it was pure torture to count the number of ZEROS in the indo notes
so faintable!!!!!!!!!!!!!

after that me and zah zah last minute bought this super low v neck striped green top and hairband!! SO PRETTY! i like =) heehee love it! whee.
then yea after that it was to the HOTEL! =)
we stayed in..SIJORI HOTEL! pretty nice la i should say =)
except they had this incredibly scary fish looking and thai inspired statue right smack in the mid of the lobby -.- haha yeas.

me and zah zah stayed in..room 257! yay! and coincidentally we random random switch the room here and there..den syaz mumtaz nad slp in room 255! YAY but stupidly seperated by a family room in the middle which is friggin huge!
SAD! or else can conjoin the rooms! got connectiin doors one noe! cool!

yea den after lunch it was off to the orphnage! =)
fun! we painted and painted! den its like dinner time alrd!

during dinner ...
ME SYAZ NAD ZAH MUMTAZ HUDA and MR YONG formed the
lizard exterminator club!
hahahahahahhaha was so lame can.
whole logic was.
our tour guide was so friggin annoying la! she puts on this pretence that she's OOH SO CARING AND WANTS TO DO AS MUCH AS SHE CAN FOR THE ORPHANS =.-
irritating!
one simple example.

at the really run down orphanage =(
she started telling all of us..saying..
"you know yea..this is the condition they live in..without proper classrms..etc unlike you all."
den i was thinking..hey she's not TAT bad..
den after that
she was talkin to my teacher
and SHE SAID THIS -.-
you know ah..i think even my DOG's room is better than any part of this place.
it has like paw prints on the wall specially for him
and he has his own dog bed..costing ***

like wth?!
YOU DUN SHOW SYMPATHISE WITH THEM AND THEN COMMENT THAT THEIR LIVING CONDITIONS IS WORSE THAN UR FRIGGIN DOGS HOUSE -.-!
ITS JUS NOT RITE -.-
so yea we basically decided to name her lizard.
she looks like one anyway -.-''

she so BITCH!all of us couldn't stand her!
including the teachers!! ESPECIALLY MR YONG..he jus said whatever straight to her face! WOOHOO YOU RAWK MR YONG! =)

we found out during dinner that it was ms seah's birthday the next day
stupid lizard..YOU SPOILER!!!! totally ruin the birthday cake surprise the next day
SO we decided we make a party at 12 for her by ourselves! =D since we bought an overload amt of junk food! great for a PARTEEEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =D
so we came up with this plot hahaha
like mumtaz pretends to be sick..and den i have to sit by the bed comforting her.
and insane syaz and nad runs to teacher's rrooom BANG on their door and they come rushin down when everyones hiding! =D whee.
hahahahaha it was friggin weird can
sheet man
i SO couldn't resist not laughin..
i was like..yea..she fever..keep vomiting..LOl
so crap man..i waas like jus saying and saying all that sick sounding stuff.LOls

whee and like before that we keep playing big two(dai dee) with mr yong to pass time till 12! XD fun!!
i love big twoo! =) lovely way to pass time!


2ND DAY
hahah yea we woke up late den had to rush rush down to the dining hall!
and yea.
we went back to paint even moreee and den ahs
to another orphanage with realie young kids..like..3 to 10 yrs of age..
SO COOL CAN! they were all friggin small sized..and OO SO ADORABLE! =)
WHEEe
den ya..hopeless at bahasa indo.-.-
i had a hard time communicating with them
but teaching them english and dental care was fun! haha yays
thank goodness for tat !
their happy faces realie made my day..and i felt so accomplished after tat! lol
and yups
a bonus for us..the teachers gave us ANOTHER SHOPPING SPREE!
this time for..2.5 hours! HAHAH COOL
at BATAM MEGA MALL -.- sumthing lidat. XD

hahaha the mall was so far east plaza..with all those small random shops!=D
and yea yea..after travelling ard the shopping mall
hahaha
i bought dvd..wallets..EARRING!..and erms STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE STICKER! LOls =)
love the earrings! its like pink paper like material roses! quite big roses lols.
its so so so pretty =)! even the no fashion sense mr yong agrees! hahahaha

and yea! SO HAPPY =)
den mm yea!!after that it was back to the hotel for dinner!
we also ate the HUGEHUGE birthday cake of ms seah's! yumm yumm!
then ah..annabel, jessie and i played more of dai dee! they are jus stayin below us ma!
wheee. den nakia and zahirah joined us to play SNAP and.. HAPPY FAMILY! de de de de da! Lols fun sia! those two card games..
whee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and yea den we slept at..2+ am ! hahaha was tiring man.

3RD DAY
YAY 3rd day which is TODAY!
hahs woke up realie earlie to play pool! hahahaha
lame sia! me and annabel ended up playing first.
cause we were late so mr yong was no where to be found -.-

yea anyways breakfast was super ncie! love the sausage. haha i sound like i nvr eat befor e-.-
mm rite. hahaha

yea after breakfast..goodness. in the bus.
it was pure chaos. -.- stupid lizard! omg
she was like. ok who cun go cable ski today because of you know wad.
den the front ppl cun so they like we dowan go cable ski
thats like merely 1/3 of the ppl! unfair to make us all go-karting!
and she deaf sia..couldn't hear the loud protest frm everyone -.-

wah laus ehs
thats alrd enough can not..
later on we were all like.
aiya fine..lets jus enjoy the go kart man
den at the go karting area
she suddenly pms outburst la!
she go scream can!
she's like: OKAY THOSE WHO WANT TO CABLE SKI COME HERE NOW!!!!
JUS NOW ASK YOU ALL NVR SAY!
like wth! we DID! -.- biatch man!
SHE'S SO SLAPPABLE!

lucky she didn't join us with cable ski..
MR YONG DID! =D WHEE hahaha
cause all the other female teachers went for massage! lol

and yup cable ski was FUN!
F. U. N fun!!!!!
hahs wheee but omg i bet my skins gonna go all red tmr
and wah lau..all that cable ski is gonna make my arms ache!!!!!!! i can so feel it alrd ><
wheee cable ski is fun! =)
wah lau..my first try at the beginners one was hopeless..5m and i piak on the water alrd.
hahahahha my 2nd time not bad sia! went one full round..! yaysss
and my 3rd try..i went continuously a few rounds..and i WENT THRU EACH OBSTACLE!
hooray! hahahaha..

den den me..mr yong..wan ying decided to try the harder one
like OMG its friggin hard.
like first sec when ure being pulled up u have to lock ur arms. let loose ur hands tho
den after that
shift ur weight to the left..and totally let loose..jus let the cable PULL U!
friggin hard! and yea!! THAT place played such nice music! like london bridge -ferige and
GIVE IT UP TO ME-sean paul. NICE !! WHEEE..

so so enjoyable sia ! whee
and yea yea!!! omg
so friggin cool! after cable ski we only had a mere rinsing can! omg
i felt so dirty
hahahahahahha wadeevr la.
den we went to this seafood restaurant suspended over the waters! =) so nice the view!
and we had such a fantabulous seafood feast!
YUMMYYYY! aiya took lotsa pics. upload next time! =D wheee.

love this trip!
and im definitley not regretting goin for it

lastly wanna THANK THE LEC MEMEBERS AND PRESIDENT!
you guys made the 3d 2n trip as enjoyable as it could be! =)
